Open Subtitle Editor provides an easy solution to various editing jobs such as translation, resyncing, adding and removing subtitles, as well as to creating subtitles for any video file from scratch. It allows you to quickly shift through the video to check the timings of each subtitle, quickly edit them, add new subtitles where appropriate, shift the timings using delays, convert from one frames-per-second setting to another, and more.
