Psycle is an Open Source modular music editor with a tracker-like interface. It allows to use different sound generators and audio effects and route them via an easy to use interface. It supports VST plugins and has a native plugin format too, as well as a sampler to play .wav samples. MIDI input is supported for either editing or realtime usage.
