SynchPst for Outlook synchronizes data in two Personal Folders .pst files quick and easy. You can choose single or multiple folders or subfolders to synchronize. The criteria for deciding if items are the same varies by the type of item. You might use this tool to set up a basic sharing mechanism, with each user syncing their personal .pst file to the same group .pst file.

    I discovered a huge problem with this program : it cannot distinguish "national holidays" for different countries.
    Let me explain :
    I want to know whether or not a "holiday such as Xmas" is a "national holiday = day off" in a large number of countries all over the world.
    Therefore I add the holidays for each of the countries concerned in Outlook (standard feature of Outlook).
    Well ... SynchPst is wiping them all (but one)- they are all treated as dupes.
    I tried to explain this to the supplier but he doesn't seem to get the issue/problem.

    So : if national holidays are of importance to you - stay away from this shortsighted program.

    I am using EZOutlookSync instead now (which has so far not shown any shortcomings).
    Oh and btw : no way to get my money back from "SynchPst for Outlook".

    This program caused my "synched to" Outlook database to be corrupted. A rebuild fixed the problem.

    Win XP Pro to Win XP home

    A simple file copy is faster and more effective.
