    Now this PDF Printer have change his name to MagicPDF Printer and not have the bugs of olds version. You can find the last version here www.magicpdf.com/

    Nice and fast with lots of (disabled) options so I can only accept the default ones. Hence, the four. One additional issue, it creates the PDF file just fine, but throws a printer error at me.
