UltraExplorer is a Windows Explorer alternative that provides a customizable interface and additional features. You can group the file display by name, type, date or other aspects or navigate in column mode in addition to the standard view modes. You can also browse folders in tabs, filter folder content, quickly access recently used folders, maintain a list of favorites, and more. UltraExplorer also offers convenient ways to copy file names or folder paths, view folder sizes and Drop Stack to collect files from multiple locations.

    Looks like a good piece of software with good potential. Usable, but still buggy. Has a problem minimizing the window. On minimizing, shows a blank frame outline and a blank desktop with no icons. Also window does not maximize properly when started with a desktop shortcut set to maximize the window on start up.

    The latest version is 2.0.3.1 and can be downloaded from http://www.mustangpeak.net/download.htm

    Its a great application but had a few crashes on refreshes (f5 clicks). Will stick to cubicexplorer for now.

    I've been using this for a while and it's exceptional. Great features and solid. This newest 2.x version is better still. Definitely worth a look.
