VentaFax is a powerful fax/voice messaging system with features and stability rivaling the high-end products like WinFax, but without the high cost and resource drain. It is quick, nimble, with a small footprint. It sends and receives fax messages via Class 1, 1.0, 2 and 2.0 faxmodems and emulates an answering machine with tone remote control, supporting most voice modems. Extremely user-friendly and intuitive, the main control panel shows the image of page as it travels out of the visual fax machine slot.

    Software is working great after you spend the hours configuring it.

    However, the company has the worst customer service and support you can expect!
    and their attitude is to get all the money you can from them.

    Reinstalled the software? your serial will not work.
    The company will ask you to buy the product again.

    Lost the serial number? Thats Right! Buy a new copy!

    Also expect rude replies on your mail.
    There are planty good voice\fax applications out there and there and no one should take this kind of behaviour!

    This is a great piece of software however the company selling it are rip off merchants. Normally with any software you download it's easy to re-request the original registration code.

    However not with this company. You lose the code then there attitude is buy the product again.

    In my case I had the invoice, reference numbers, they confirmed they had my purchase on their system but refused point blank to re-issue the registration code.

    I therefore can not recommend that anyone buys their products, as this lack of customer service is simply disgraceful.
