WebMon is a freeware Web page update monitoring program - it saves you time and keeps you updated by automatically by checking an unlimited number of web pages at predetermined intervals to see if they have changed. Updates are highlighted with configurable pop-up alerts and sounds. Checks can be made on either the whole page, or a particular section. WebMon supports importing Internet Explorer favorites and Netscape bookmarks.
- Uses newer version of the download library (lots of fixes, e.g. no 100% CPU usage when downloading)
- Resolved issue when uninstalling and deleting settings
- Other minor additions and bug-fixes

Indeed, this could be the best website tracker, allthough it has been abandonned and doesn't handle Firefox cookies. A shame such a nice tool is dissapearing and the bloathware are the only things left.

Excellent. Best update monitor ever. Small. Free. Not bloated (unlike WebSite Watcher [its now got email client and newsgroup functionality. yay! :| ...]). I simply LOVE it.

I've been using this great, unobtrusive utility since Rel. 1.0, and can't do without it now. I use it daily. It does what it was designed to do very reliably. It's easy to set up and use.

A great free proggie I'm using to monitor "Black Friday" deals!

This is a great program. I use it to watch several sites of programs that aren't available on BetaNews yet :-)
