From The Author:

Hi, I'm pax modder, an expert in sound drivers. I took this driver base from Creative Vista Drivers set from November 5, 2007 and Added support for audigy cards to xfi cards. Don't worry I have permission for doing this.

Uninstallation of these drivers left a reference to MIDIDef.exe in Windows startup and it gave an error each time Windows booted until I removed the reference with msconfig. I never saw MIDIDef when using Creative's drivers for my Audigy2ZS.

If you have an xfi extreme & use asio output, does it still change?

Thanks Rob. I've been using your drivers for years for my Live and Audigy 2 ZS. They have always produced better sound quality than Creative's drivers and have been rock solid stable. Appreciate the support in your forums as well.

Why not just use the Creative drivers. The software that came with the XFi card was XP native anyway.

Sorry ever one What I ment to stay, This driver for XP only for XFI drivers :) I hope you enjoy this. So far I can't get the drivers work on xtream audio for it. Lot's people said they won't work on it. But the driver mod works for Xtream Music and up. Sorry for confusion about my Details thread above.
OH I forget mention these do have Dolby and DTS supprot for XP :).

Why would you need to take something from the vista drivers and put it into the XP drivers?

Hope he is a better programmer than a speller. No downloads as of this writing.
