eAnnouncer is an Outlook add-in for sending individual, personalized, e-mails to your mailing list. Send personalized emails to your newsletter subscribers, customers, or other contacts. Compose your message in Outlook, and then send them individually to each recipient in your mailing list. Mail merge makes your messages personal and more professional. You control the rate at which e-mails are sent.

Installed this on my Office 2003 system. It does not work with Word as the email editor. Don't like the Outlook editor and so can't use apps that insist to use it.
This is free for 50 addresses per message the way I read their site info. Not bad for personal use. If only it worked with the Word editor.

Freeware? I think not. 49 American clams for the "Standard Version," and 99 for the "Pro Version" does not say "free" to me.
