   Norton hasn't been slow since 2009.But it is true it was terrible for many years when it came to performance. If you're not using the current version, then your rating isn't really applicable. the independent testing sites av-comparatives and av-test.org bear this out. I've been using it since 2010 with no issues. If you're reviewing what it USED to be. Then that doesn't help anyone.

   I agree. Who needs this. All the major OS's have lock capabilities bult in. And if you don't have it. Then your OS is too old.

   Microsoft isn't leaving anyone behind. It's 2010. They need to catch up if they want to use it. Eventually Firefox will leave them behind also. And I'm a user of three different ones. Currently as I type this through Google Chrome.
