    Shackles?

    No, thanks!

  2. Review - WASTE Unofficial

    1.0 Beta (Jul 7, 2003)

From what I gather, the updated version is a release from Sourceforge.net, and not Nullsoft and contains minor cosmetic changes...

    Yay.

  5. Review - Global DiVX Player

    1.8.0 (Jan 12, 2001)

Runs slower than WMP 6.4 on my P233mmx.
Had my hopes up! 640x480 movies are choppy on Media Player.
    Even choppier on this...
But a neat alternative to MS.

  6. Comment - Microsoft Unifies Game Development Under XNA

  7. Comment - Microsoft Unifies Game Development Under XNA

    1.8.0 (Mar 30, 2004 - 2:59 AM)

These are mighty bold statements coming from Microsoft. They may as well say DirectX has unified all console programming.
However, if Microsoft made serious attempts at unifying consoles where all of the major players had equal say and influence, with bickering of any sort completely abolished, then I might be convinced.
In short, anything that Microsoft creates, Microsoft controls. There is no way Sony, Nintendo, or ... Infinium what's-there-name... will ever agree to this. It's just another costly marketing attempt.

    Quit stirring the pot.

  9. Comment - Windows 2000 SP3 Released to Web

    1.8.0 (Aug 12, 2002 - 3:53 PM)

I believe that he won't post, too, but he likely still reads the posts that are posted (if not now, then possibly in several weeks' time.)

  10. Comment - Windows 2000 SP3 Released to Web

    1.8.0 (Aug 10, 2002 - 7:01 PM)

True, he's likely not strayed very far.
He likely occasionally reads posts, too.
