2.1.3.3413 Beta (Apr 9, 2007)
Nice player, but it has some issues playing some high res .wmv files. Namely it's slow and choppy and video corruptions occurs. This doesn't happen when I play them in Windows Media Player.
1.0.0250 (Sep 9, 2004)
It's ok, but I prefer Avant over this. You can't resize windows within. It also doens't remember what pages were open after closing. If these options are present, I couldn't find them.
7.0.7 (Jun 25, 2004)
Great software. I just wish they wouldn't change the key code every 5 minutes. Why don't they just ban known pirated codes? All it takes is google to find them. I guess it's the key generators that they are trying to get around.
0.9.8.0 Harvest Moon Beta (Dec 13, 2003)
I found that it doesn't crash if ZA is not open. Yes I did allow it access.
0.9.8.0 Harvest Moon Beta (Mar 25, 2003 - 1:47 PM)
Oh I suppose it's gonna cost $100 or something for another .1 upgrade as well?
0.9.8.0 Harvest Moon Beta (Aug 28, 2002 - 3:36 AM)
I don't think DOODOO is scientific anyway? WTF. I didn't say that it's benchmarks were lower did I? It runs like s*** means it crashes. I'm sorry but I saw this physicly happen at his house. He went through 5 or 6 browsers (Netscape, IE, Opera etc.) All of them crashed at one point or another. HARD FREEZES TOO. Maybe his ram was bad, who knows.
Anyway I also wasn't impressed that the only games we could play together were ID and Bizzard.
3D Benchmarks don't mean anything if there isn't any games to run (besides CAD, 3DS, Maya).
0.9.8.0 Harvest Moon Beta (Aug 22, 2002 - 6:08 PM)
Well I'm basing the "Doodoo" from my friend that's running 9.1 or whatever and he can't find a browser that doesn't crash all the time.
He also said that he tried 10.1 and it took 30 seconds to open the calculator. AT THE DEMO IN STORE. It also took the same ammount on another one he tried.
I was NOT impressed.
He's always complaining about freezes on his G4.
Anyway that wasn't the point. XP never EVER freezes and maybe 10.2 doesn't either, but the point is the software available, for me anyway.
0.9.8.0 Harvest Moon Beta (Aug 22, 2002 - 4:28 PM)
Useless. All Macs are. I'm sorry, but I don't care how "easy" the OS is to use. That isn't what it's about. It's about how much the hardware costs and how much software is available. Even Windows XP isn't charging 129 for it's next Service Pack.
Hey if Mac OSX played even 1/5 of the software and games as a PC does, then I'd MAYBE own a Mac. But no, it has rediculous "sleek" hardware that costs thousands and runs like doodoo (a friend of mine has a G4 and always complains about it)
