3.3 (Apr 26, 2005)
After unzipping, AVG is reporting a Variant of "Trojan horse Downloader.Agent.12.AF" Uncertain of all the details, but thought I should inform community of potential problem in version 3.3
0.92.2 (Apr 7, 2005)
Full featured audio player/organizer...however no formal support for .aac/.m4a file types...bummer!!!
1.5 (Jul 15, 2004)
Fantastic interface...I used Locate before i found this product and since then, I haven't looked back. This puts windows indexing system to shame...If you want to find files NOW this is the only program...NOTE: Some features expire after the 30 day trial period, but the main functionality remains intact
4.5.0.31 (Apr 28, 2004)
Also New Lossless Codec included and the ability to import WMA files and encode into AAC...Music Video on Demand, Radio Charts, and iMix...Not bad updates, but they still have room to improve!!!
3.0 Alpha (2.98.4.3070) (Mar 7, 2004)
Outstanding Design and Implementation...I have two internal and one external HDs and this program allows me to extract only the files I request...Even better, It does it faster than any other program I have ever seen
3.0 Alpha (2.98.4.3070) (Jan 15, 2004 - 5:00 PM)
Been using Snapstream since this past summer. I researched several of the free alternatives (Freevo and MythTV) but opted to go with Snapstream and I haven't looked back since...Upgrades are timely and typically include new features. The latest version allows you to skip the majority of commercials with the Show|Nav feature...which creates XML based chapter with a show to create an easy navigation method. I would definately recommend this service to anyone who is not interested in paying $149 for a ReplayTV or Tivo and then an addition $300 to fully activate the devices. If you look hard, sometimes you can find a $10 of coupon and get the entire BeyondTV software system for under $60...Peace
