This tool leaves lots of fragmented files and space holes. They only change user interface, but defrag engine is inadequate.

Eaves: No, actually Thunderbird uses Firefox engine... for example to display html messages, or to save passwords. So it is in reality Mozilla Firefox history. And CCleaner is simply the best crap cleaner and probably one of the greatest free app. Read full review

Similar to CCleaner, but CC is better.
SlimCleaner could be useful for average users, since it gives rates to your startup items, services, etc.
On the downside, program tries to update and downloads something almost everytime you launch it. Read full review
