So I'm doing various things on my hub, like joining a new network and stuff, and one of my ops asks me why the hub's not listed in the public list. So I go and look at a newly downloaded version of the list, and, sure enough, it's not even listed, even though my hub's been running for a few hours already. What the dilly, yo? Anyway, if you can help me (it might have something to do with my firewall, I'm not sure), my email address is thegreatspoom@hotmail.com and my hub's address is spoom.dhs.org (if you want to come on and private message me or just help me build up my users :^).

OK, since others seem to be giving suggestions for the program, I figured I might as well. From crock2001, I agree with 1 and 3 of his suggestions, and though 2 is also a good suggestion, it would take a while to get that to work successfully (they'd have to create some sort of internal database either in the client or in the hub software). I also think that in the users list, there should be a column marked Status, where people could choose from Online, Away, BRB, etc. This would prevent people messaging you when you're AFK but leaving your client minimized (like I do). Also, one should be able to have multiple hubs open from one client window. I've noticed that DC crashes a lot if you try to use more than two instances, this would fix that (likely). Keep up the good work guys :^)

Direct Connect is like Napster for warez, and running a hub is almost as easy as connecting to it in the first place. More scripts WOULD be appreciated however.
