Not able to design a DVD cover ... no templaate for this. A major short-coming. Also, not really free, as it nags you to register after 7 days' trial. Bummer, all around.

I don't know why fileforum does not carry version 6.1. CNET does. This is a solid program. Easy to use. Fast. Great results. Sadly, there is a 100-slide limitation on the demo version. CNET reports the trial period to be 90 days, although the software says 45. Many transitions, effects, and the abilty to add music and user-recorded sounds make ithe program versatile as well. I have no association with the developers. I do like their work!

Improved, but not ready for primetime. Has unrealized potential. While now there are circular CD/DVD templates, the rectangular covers lack the ability to be colorized - an image can be installed but if it does not fill the entire cover, the remainder is the paper's color. Text does not wrap and can't be made into paragraphs, so if it is longer than the width of pre-defined boxes, portions become lost or the user must reduce font size to display. Default vertical (spine) text is upside-down. I would not pay for it. You'd be better off with Acoustica.

The version that downloaded contains no circular label template. Kinda defeats the purpose. But, I suppose that 'free' for you.
