    I love Chrome. I made the switch about 3 years ago now and won't look back. I always had issues with FF and have pretty much none with Chrome. I did have to uninstall and reinstall once because I couldn't get the browser to open but that is the only issue I had.

  2. Review - ScreenConnect

    I really like ScreenConnect and the developers and support behind the software have been great! I recently switched after using and paying way to much for GoToAssist for years. ScreenConnect has all the functionality and features that I use for remote support. It may not be quite as involved as something like GTA or Bomgar, but half of the features I didn't even use and was still paying for them. The install process of ScreenConnect was a bit more involved as I had to do some port forwarding, but once I got through that hurdle it was a breeze. Am really loving it and would recommend it to anyone from a small business (like me) to an large corporation IT group. Also if you check google ratings they have close to 5/5 stars, with ~100 reviews, so that should tell you right there.
