  1. Review - WinUHA

    2.0 Build 2003.12.31 Beta (Feb 27, 2004)

Works very well on certain files but on others 7 zip is better. Worth having anyhow. BTW the link is broken BUT this one works http://www.winuha.altervista.org/

  2. Review - ePrompter

    2.0 SR1 Beta 10 (EPX 1.0.32.4) (Feb 22, 2004)

Save for an inability to access my Lycos account this software works flawlessly and is a real boon. Igt has saved me quite a bit of time when taken in total by not having to go to the web mail sites.

  3. Review - PMCLEAN

    0.2 (Feb 12, 2004)

Not bad as far as it goes...what it does is to delete the left over junk files created when one browses the Internet using a browser though obviously this programme only supports some of the Gecko based browsers. Pity it doesn't support K-Meleon BTW! There are a greatmany other such cleaner programmes available and this ones only real virtue is that it will handle the supported browsers without any user configuration.

  4. Review - Mozilla Thunderbird (v3.1) for Windows

    0.4 (Dec 6, 2003)

Excellent and certainly my default client. Extensions and themes are without problems in the latest version. BTW anything running on another browsers engine ISN'T a client it's just a skin with attitude. If you want to get away from the vulnerabilities that plague any software that uses a part of or the whole of Internet Explorer or Outlook (outlook Express=Look Out Spam Express LOL) then Mozilla offerings are as good as you will find.

  5. Review - VSOS (Verdada Save, Organize and Share)

    1.0.1410.34543 Beta (Nov 12, 2003)

I've given a neutral rating as this is a product that is of no use to me because I don't use IE. In the description it needs to be claer that this software will only work with IE and Outlook thus it is of no use to those who prefer other products.
