   Did you fail to see that the article is about personal music players, and not phones?

   I agree with this, while I don't touch IE myself, forcing them to offer competitors products on-install is silly.

   IE7 in Vista SP1 is used as a baseline to compare the other browsers against, so yes it's 0% (It can't be faster than itself)
