   There is no way to upgrade from XP. You need Vista SP1 "or higher." Are they punishing people who did not buy Vista?

   There is nothing wrong with copying information from your competitors. You just need to ask for permission and indicate that information is not yours. Microsoft has not done that. Is this simple enough?

   I don't think that a separate search window for recent news is a good idea. They can have it as an option on the main search page or iGoogle.
   There is also a big problem with the archiving of data. I found three references and only one was retrievable. The other two were gone.

5. Comment - Google unveils voice calling through Gmail

   Yes, it works, but for some reason the plugin installs only in one browser (Chrome) and does not install in three others. I get a message to install the plugin and after that I get the same message again. Anyway, in Chrome it works good and Gmail is a logical place for this service. I am waiting for Google to start providing access to the Internet. Then I'll quit my current internet provider which calls me a loyal customer but does not provide loyal services.

   Looks like a similar thing is coming for YouTube.
