    I won't attest to it being a good or bad program, but I do have issues with it being shareware (still btw) and being asked to PAY for beta software if I want to continue using it..give me the beta for free and charge for the full version..

    AS others have said, it's not bad, but it's 95% DeadAIM and thats free at www.jdennis.net I'd actually prefer this if it wasn't a clone of every other AIM enhancement that was free...

    The monitor works about as well as it's previous incarnation as Agent, which is "occasionally"

    Intuit has never been able to help troubleshoot it, rather than the app not working like it used to, now the service just fails for no reason.

    we too have been running it from 4.0 and it takes 2 steps back for every step forward

    so I am currently running a clean install of "ole unreliable", windows ME on my notebook again.

    There's a reliable WinME?
