    I will only review this new version with a 3 stars becoz I am now using NetCaport for severall months and it definitly rox. In fact, I found NetCaptor the best web browser, and even if it using IE engine, it is really better than IE.
    Of course, you have to pay to use it.

    why ? in those days, where everybody can have a permanent connection to the internet, why do we have to use such unsecure Windows system ?
    why ?
    because people think it is more important to add tones of stupid features, instead of making them work properly.
    and with the coming Win98 third edition, Win98 Me, Win2000, etc. this will get worse and worse...
    IMHO, Microsoft isn't doing anything to cure that...
