I was also a big fan of Direct Folders, but not anymore, mainly because of the completely non-existent support. I mainly use it so I can doubleclick and get right to a folder. In the past few versions this has only worked on local drives -- I am unable to use "Add Here" to add any folder on a network drive. I've written to support THREE times about it without a single response. I paid good money for the program and it's almost completely useless to me. Can anybody recommend a good replacement that will have similar folder capabilities, and would actually work??
Thanks

I agree that Comcast has been a great service. Network outages like that happen. I've been in the corporate IT industry for around 20 years, and I don't blame them at all for this. I'm actually very impressed at their overall uptime. Keeping up with all the newest virus's/worms, patches, etc., is a nightmare for any large company, let alone one that services so many end-users like Comcast does. Let's just leave them alone and let them fix the problem the way they see best. Everybody who's complaining about a refund should just be happy that it works the other 99% of the year. Keep up the good work Comcast!

So why can't Trillian enter into a business agreement with AOL? I'm sure lots of people would pay for the right to use AOL's services through Trillian. This way AOL can get paid for the security breach and bandwidth usage. Is anybody at Cerulean talking with AOL about a business partnership?
