   I have had this software for over one year and it has developed a problem where the auto-protect turns off by itself, leaving me open to viruses. Symantec apparently knows about the problem because they metion it in their trouble-shooting festures. But, after repeatedly following their solution meticulously, the problem recurs. When I try to contact them, they have not provided anyway to get further help that works. I am buying McAfee. This software sucks.
