   This is just another example of someone putting his life and soul into a company and being very successful only to be told you must go. How can you remain loyal. Always look out for what's best for you.

   When your company is doing well, you can be sure your job performance review will be good. However, if your company is not doing well, you can be sure your job performance review will not be good even though you have not changed your work habits.

   I think this is great that they are going to keep it free. It's a good marketing tool for MS because it gives further access to MS products to individuals like myself who could not afford VS.NET.
