Tech Support cannot be reached. Filing a Case number is a waste of time because they do not respond.

I purchased 2009 KAV and sought to renew. Paid for renewal and was sent a non-functional file. On 1/14/10 I filed for case # and was told that I would receive response in 2 days. No response - so they re-filed the case again. Two weeks later - no response! I have requested a refund and now I am told that my refund will arrive in 2 weeks!
