  1. Review - Media Player Classic for Windows 2000/XP

    6.4.5.8 (Jul 16, 2003)

I give it a 4 because it can play anything. even these svcds and real player and quick time files. It even loads up pictures. Though it does crash alot with my music video play list. So maybe there is a bit of a glitch in there. About the full screen comment. It did not play on mine correctly, but it was due to the DivxG400 Codec was installed. After uninstalling it. The video played normally in full screen mode. Over all an excellent program. If it would crash less on my computer.....

  2. Review - Koepi's XviD Codec

    Build 02022003-1 (Feb 3, 2003)

ok first the xvid codec is the next stage in the divx release, as if you didn't know xvid is divx spelled backwards. It is a newer codec which has shown to be very promising for movies, though one thing that I find strange is that this is made by "Koepi" and is redirected to a different site, I though the offical site was www.xvid.org Can anyone clarify this for me?

  3. Review - CpuIdle

    6.0 Beta 7 (Oct 21, 2002)

It still does not run on winxp and I am running an Abit-KG7-Raid and it doesn't even detect it. so I think it kinda sucks. Love the idea though.

  4. Review - Windows XP Service Pack 1a

    (SP1) (Sep 8, 2002)

As for as Windows XP SP1 install. it went great. Those of you that are complaining about not being able to install win XP SP1 due to a CD-Key and it will stop working ect. Well if you are smart there is a work around. There is a program out there that generated WinXP cd key- It was posted here (betanews.com) awhile back. It does work. All you have to do is reinstall using a new cd key. It works from there on out. For those of you looking for the program. (the keygen) I will send it those who want it (join Dal-net #iso-gamez) If I am in there I will send it to you.

  7. Comment - Microsoft Updates Service Pack Beta

    1.2 (Apr 12, 2004 - 9:00 AM)

Well XP 2 is working out fine so far. I really enjoy the pop-up blocker. The only things that is bugging me is I am unable to download these updates they are talking about. I went to windows update and I get express or custom install. Which ever one i choose I get "Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested page." and the automatic updates do not seem to be working either. But other then that the service pack 2 is looking to be pretty cool

  8. Comment - Windows XP SP2 Delayed Until Late 2004

    1.2 (Aug 17, 2003 - 11:18 AM)

Humm well the service pack has been in beta testing stages
"Windows.XP.Service.Pack.2.Beta.Build.1213" Though I do find it strange that they would move it back an entire year. Maybe this w32.blaster.worm was a real eye opener for them. If you notice the publication date on microsofts site is Aug 15. So it could be because of that. Who knows. I can see it either way. It could be a typo because of the beta testing going on, and it could be true because we all know how microsoft loves to push stuff back. If it is true that they are pushing it back I wonder if longhorn will get pushed back since that is suppose to go into internal beta testing in November and Pubic Beta Testing in Febuary. I am just not sure
