IMHO, if your computer is not upgraded, I would install Free Windows. It works without interruptions and it is highly protected. Web site http://free-windows.com

Should you choose another operating system, you should better try Free Windows. The distribution disk is rather cheap (I dont remember exactly, but approx. 22-25 $), software is free. http://free-windows.com

I would advice to choose Free Windows. IMHO, its a user-friendly operating system and it is based on Linux. Free software is also a big plus. http://free-windows.com
