   This is the best mySQL manager I have found so far. Very "Access-like". May be a little too expensive however.

   For audio only, audiograbber works with the string: -input %s -output %d -a_setting 96_44_2
   
   The defailt 64_44_2 does not sound as good as a 128 .mp3 (serious loss of high end) but this rate will be great for streaming near CD quality at low bandwidth. The 96_44_2 sounds as good as a 128 .mp3 (or better) at 1/2 the file size.

   It is up now. 11:35PM Eastern Time. It only reads .wav and uncompressed .asf version 1 files. This makes it a real hassle to use, not to mention that it is command line.

   I have to admit, if it ever IS released the technology is a huge breakthrough.
