    People forget the codec wars ...
    We are all free to choose from so many out there.

    About this codec , i use it for years with the old free Plextor tools.

    This is an win version with graphical interface , thats good for people that likes easy ways to do this task .

    I do like this software too , but there is so many updates , with out to point out what it gets fixed.

    Bottom line , this software for simple downloads works well from day one.

    Beware to update the Firefox 3 FDM plugin, with the latest one.
    How to do that ... just delete the old plugin from Firefox , and reinstall the latest FDM .

    I removed all the top toolbars to made it less clattered .

    And now the funny stuff .. i copy a folder , then delete the copied folder , and the software dropped to taskbar by it self ?? hahaha do we need the Ghost busters or what !!

    What can i say ... the programmer is not serious at all ... The service properties window does not work , and the software nags about a missing command.

    What in earth this man test before to release it.

    Other than that deleting unwanted service is the only positive of this software , but with out the service properties window ... its worthless.

    I started to use Open office, since the time that i got my legal XP license .

    The Open office suite , gave to the many , one free and easy solution to edit and create documents .

    The truth are, that i had never understand, why Microsoft wanted to abuse so much the people , so to offer them the ability to create documents.

    I will continue use and support, the Open Office suite , for the most simple reasons ...
    1) It works !
    2) Its made by the people for the people.
