It's pretty much idiot proof, documentation is not the issue.
unfortunately it doesn't work properly yet, I successfully made an installer with the latest version, but the installed product wasn't functional.
Great program, very necessary for Nero 7. we'll have to wait and see the results. so far so good
2.9.1.1045 Beta (Jul 5, 2006)
somebody remove this crap. VLC uses open source GPL'd codecs, so they can use alot of the same code, but it MUST be released under the terms of the GPL. this is not, admins need to remove this
khgoo, are you denying that it uses libavcodec and gabest filters?(to name a couple of the violations)
5.24 (Jun 22, 2006)
still excellent
to Photonboy: Winamp uses directshow filters, so it will use ffdshow or whatever filter you have in place

The BEst!!!!
the unattended option is fantastic. Nice having all your codecs integrated on your XP cd. I do quite a few windows reinstalls, so this is a blessing.

I purchased it. One of the best.
"This version has an client-side software application Whenu Save! that deliver a limited number of behaviorally targeted and contextually relevant coupons, ads and comparative shopping results directly to consumers desktops - without compromising the privacy, security or smooth functioning of peoples computers!
No URL hijacking or redirects!
You can use BSplayer for free, and support our future development, through support from Whenu Save! If you don’t want Save! Ads, or if you install now and decide later you don’t want the ads, just upgrade to our BSplayer Pro version."

a very smart person can do something idiotic. I meant this specific choice of words is idiotic, not the person themselves.

name calling? your reply is shows lack of comprehension? do you consider that name calling?

No it's not, because support isn't something they would have to do. So it's irrelavant. Why not allow people to install OSX on generic hardware with no support? Product activation is gotta be cheaper than a TPM chip.
The real reason they have to put a stop to this, is they don't want their customers to see how badly they've been raped on hardware costs.

The use of "Win $10k" in the headline is pretty idiotic. Does the Betanews staff think they win everytime they get a paycheck?

true this alone, isn't a violation of privacy, but where do they draw the line? who's to say the IP addresses aren't then identified by invoking the Patriot Act to the ISPs.
