    Worked great when initially installed, but disappeared the next time I booted. Reinstalled about 3 times, no icons, not listed in programs, seems to like to work only once. Rats, I had hoped that this would solve my problem of using many messengers :(

    I'm also in the same business, and I agree, joeshmoe7. If its hyjacking, spying, or otherwise screwing up a customers net traffic, it gets removed. People keep asking "How'd that get there? I didn't ask for it!" As far as I'm concerned, it needs to go.

    Its a joke, isn't it? You have to have a phone line to dial-up...
    I personally use cable internet and have Vonage.
