    9.0.2.6 (Feb 6, 2013)

@leisure_larry: I have never had a problem with support. I have had 2 problems transferring my registration and within 24 hrs I got a response both times. So I don't know and I don't think you know what you're talking about.
@humbleuser: They still have 82xx series which is the old interface. Their newest is 8227. I purchased the Bluray copy only, for 45 on sale and it's good for 2 years with free upgrades. No problems, no coasters. 99% of people here pirate software anyway so why complain about it.

  3. Review - DVDFab All-In-One for Windows

    8.2.1.8 (Nov 10, 2012)

You guys blast me every time I give this software a good rating, but for me it does what I need. I don't buy the whole suite, just what I use. I buy the DVD copy and the BluRay copy part. Believe me, I have "accessed" ALL the other ones at one point or another and tried them. Yes, they're free and good, but I'm too old and lazy now so I just buy what I need. I have never gotten a coaster and I have boxes and boxes of movies, all of which are legal backups of my own DVDs. 100 bucks for 2 years and all the upgrades I want to get. If this software ever starts to be BS for me then I'll just "access" other software. I give it a five just to piss everyone off here.

  4. Review - Media Player Classic - Home Cinema (64-bit)

    1.6.4.6052 (Oct 2, 2012)

I use VLC for PC viewing of media. Am I missing something by not using MPC? The only thing is that VLC is not available in 64bit yet and I don't feel like downloading every codec to play a certain file with MPC. Someone please enlighten me about this, Thanks for any info. I give it 5 stars cause it has always been a favorite of everyone but I have never used it except back in the days of Windows 95.

  5. Review - Adobe Photoshop for Windows

    CS6 13.0.1 Final (Sep 10, 2012)

I have used PS from number 3 up and it is the best. I also have tried other software that do as good but can't quite equal PS. The only reason I give it one star is because the price is just ridiculous. Yep, that's why all mine are pirated and I, and people like me, will be blamed for the reason it cost so much. I understand all the hard work and coding that goes into PS to make it what it is, the best, but it is not worth the money. The giant industries and movie makers who use PS can afford the price and I dare say that's why it is priced so high. There are probably millions of graphic art studios that use PS, so why not price it high. It is a five star product with a one star price.

  6. Comment - I want my Windows Update Rollup!

You'll get an "update roll-up" when you pry it out MS's cold dead hands!

  7. Comment - I'll tell you something about Windows

Great comment. I like Joe sometimes, but who's steering the drive by media vehicle? Why it's Joe!

  8. Comment - Browser blowout: Which is fastest, most standards compliant [benchmarks]?

    CS6 13.0.1 Final (Jul 22, 2011 - 5:34 PM)

Hey Mike Williams. Could you possibly tell me what this means to me? I mean, I double click my browser icon and my home page opens instantly. I click a bookmark and there is the page. I can't even click a stop watch fast enuff to see how slow it is! Is someone still using a 386? These browser wars are definitely media driven and shouldn't mean anything to anyone, except maybe to the developers. Please someone tell me what I'm missing here because I just don't get it. I've always dissed these speed ratings as it is just trivial content and comment driven. And that's mine.

  9. Comment - UserAssist uncovers hidden Windows activity logs

    CS6 13.0.1 Final (Jul 18, 2011 - 5:59 PM)

Thanks Mike. I have been disassembling the registry for 9 years now just to know what's in there, but this is something I never new or ever read about before. How could I have missed this?

  10. Comment - We want your Windows XP memories

    CS6 13.0.1 Final (Jul 13, 2011 - 5:34 PM)

Been using XP Pro since the beginning of it. Never let me down, and if it did it was because something I did, not the OS, as many ppl like to blame. It has been a work horse for me and played many, many games on it. As a gamer, I had to build myself a Windows 7 64 bit system to handle today's games. My primary is the XP which I'm on now, and crank up my gaming rig when I want to play. I only got tagged once with a virus in XP sent to me by some little punk, I carelessly opened up an email from him. What I sent him back probably blew up his room and fried his hair. LOL I enjoy XP and know it like the back of my hand. I have almost conquered the registry completely although I don't experiment as much as I used to with it. It has been and still is a great OS for me and wish Gates would have come out with Super XP Pro.
