    Really great program to play music without worrying about playlists, and very light on resources. The only real issue I have is that it will tend to slow playback for a second when starting a new process, like opening a browser, but other than that, its Aok.

    Simple, fast, does exactly what I need in a player. As I am careful to keep my music organised, this is a joy to use - I don't need a built-in database library.

    This has become my primary means of listening to music - I've tried foobar et al but they are all too bloated and complicated for what I need.

    I use The Godfather for tagging and naming, this for playing, all I need is a simple playlist creator for setting up party playlists (all the ones I've found so far have a flaw of one sort or another - the worst being the inability to shuffle the playlist contents)

    I recommend this, altho' I do understnad how it mightn't meet everyone's needs.

    I like that player. very simple and effective. Is it possible to use it with bass.dll?

    @radiomaffia
    Get a spell checker and grammer checker.
    That STP is an ugly turd.
    1by1 is perfect.

    Still deserves 5 * but... is there an mp3 player with more efficenty and less mouseclicks? Yes, there is..
    STP MP3 Final 1.2.0 (Systray Play Portable) ! Why? Normally I hate it that the folderlist is not updated automacticly, STP has this feature to enable so no more non- excistings files or replaced are gone. In the systrayicon you can choose with left/right klicks on it (1, 2, 3 times ) what has to be done, next nummer, previous, pause, menu etcetera ( you must admit, that is so handy ). So, yes there is more to explorer then 1 by 1, I used it both.. MP3 opens with 1 by 1, but when it comes to musiclistening while doiing something else on pc Systray Player is in controll with more efficenty and does not bother me anymore!Download&Info (Supports skins, but are hard to find..):
