BB FlashBack is a screen recording application for creating tutorials, demonstration or training material. Add text, sound and commentary, and use the extensive editing functions to create a high quality presentation. Movies can be exported to Flash, AVI or standalone exe for use on a CD-ROM, over a network or on the web. Easy to use, typical users can be creating movies in minutes. A custom compression engine produces compact movie files, making them easier to deliver by E-mail or internet download. Flash movies can also include a control bar, allowing your viewers VCR-like functions when viewing your movie. The movies have a wide range of applications including: training staff to use pieces of software, showing others how to perform PC tasks and demonstrating your software products to potential customers.

    This is an awesome utility. I use it all the time to do screencasts for a website that I am a proud member of. Coincidentally, its the same website zridling mentioned below (www.donationcoder.com).

    I have done several casts and this has proven most useful in producing them. You have a wide array of options from text boxes, mouse click highlighting, changing screen res when recording, to just about anything you need. Good to see a new version!

    The only thing that prevents me from rating this a 5 is that the soundtrack management isnt as robust as it could be. Inserting a custom soundtrack or editing a current one is a pain in the butt.

    Fantastic program in every way. This version was released three months ago. You can get a discount over at DonationCoder.com on the full and Express versions of BB Flashback if you're a member.
