Pixelformer is an advanced icon editor which is designed to give you full control over every pixel of your images. With its predictability and subpixel precision you can easily create professional quality icons and bitmaps. It does not restrict you with limited tool set specific to classic icon editors. You can manipulate large images in files of different types (including BMP, PNG, PSD, TGA, JPEG, ICO and CUR files as well as EXE, DLL or ICL), use semi-transparent colors, compose your icons with multiple layers, make smooth antialiased images using power of supersampling, dynamically generate highly optimized palettes and save the work in desired format. It also contains a PNG optimizer which losslessly minimizes size of PNG image files and Vista icons.

Very nice IconEditor. I made 3 new icons without any problems. No bugs fixed. Very pleasant GUI.

although I've no use for an icon edito. Kudos the screenshot - app looks nice... similar to other graphics app (less of a learn curve for newbies) and uber Kudos for the file size... tiny..
