    Pros:
Nice idea for a shredding program. It runs in the background and automatically shreds files as they're deleted. Pretty fast and light on resources.

    Cons:
The program costs $70 (FileForum has the wrong price). Quite expensive for such a simple idea, and an interface made for Windows 98.
NTFS is a complicated file system, and there are lots of ways for leaks to happen which this program doesn't pick up. Leaks can be caused by defragmenters, compressed files, and simply resizing files, and possibly other ways I don't know of.
By default, the program writes to a log file, a big NO for privacy. There's no way to prevent it from listing the files it shreds in the main window. No option to disable the tray icon.

This program still needs a lot of work before I would consider purchasing it.

There are a lot of free softwares that do the same and maybe better.

This sounds like a nice utility, and is certainly a nice idea, but $60 is insane. mst RealDelete is similar for half the price.

I know of NO freeware titles that do what Shred Agent does, which is to continually monitor ALL deleted files, and securely delete them. It doesn't just shred selected files on demand, which is what Captain Assumption above seems to think ("blinded" indeed).
