It works at finding spyware but is a resource hog. If/when you install it plan on waiting forever to get it up and running. I wish there wash some configuration information so I could configure the services to use less resources.

Well, occasionally it will find a tracking cookie, and this is probably the best anti-spyware there is right now, but in the version just previous to this release there was a conflict with Avira Antivir Premium where half way through a full SD scan Avira would pop up a couple of warning messages referring to two files in the SD folder- weird. Anyway, I uninstalled it. Probably works fine with ESET.

Slow and bloated.... when I use it I have to un-install when I am done.......
waste of money!

Its the best antispyware, though its way too heavy and takes ages to get running, but detection and removal is worth it, I run it a couple of times a week and shut it down after its done.

I have PC Tools Internet Security 2009 installed, includes Spyware Doctor, PC Tools Firewall and Threatfire. No major memory hits, works fine in conjunction with Avira Antivir, giving me superior anti-virus protection. You can find this fine paid software for free if you look around.
