I've used this excellent tool since it was released.
There is no peer for it, others may do this or that, but this one does a perfect Start menu and does it with no additional app running/overhead.
Pay no attention to the dweeb who says with for MS to bring the Start menu back.
As the name of this tool implies, it is back now!

Be patient? Wtf are you talking about? Waiting 2 years for a start menu because you won't pay $3? And you rate the app 1/5. Don't leave any more reviews, noob.

@Lord Actually if you've read some of the articles pertaining to this you will notice that the StartMenu they are proposing is different from what StartIsBack offers. No reason to rate it as a 1 star here for a great program to help many users get the actual StartMenu back right NOW. Less buggy than ClassShell and the fee it well worth it to the developer who takes pride in his rendition of the StartMenu and listens to what testers and users post in the forums. Rated 5 Stars!

Extra customization options but otherwise exact twin of Win7 menu. Works great and low price. Been using it on 8 without issue. Apparently uses much old start menu code that is just buried so has tiny footprint.
