Nice freeware and another nice update. This is a great freeware product. Many products when released as a beta don't offer an installer but it isn't necessary. Also, most people who use beta versions are more experienced. Decompressing an archive to the correct folder is not rocket science. If it is too complicated then, honestly, a person shouldn't be using a beta version. Making the author spend extra time to create an installer for a beta is somewhat ridiculous.

Does a lot of editing considering it's just a picture viewer. Impressive!

The reason for the 2 rating is because this zip has no install file. I like XnView and have the last installable version, but hey guys, make it possible to install the beta. Not everyone can figure out how to use this or even find it after it unpacks. I have friends that would open up Windows explorer and run in terror just from seeing how much stuff is on the machine. (PS) No install file present in this package. So the later comment on my comment is unfounded. I do know how to unpack a zip file and all that. XnView just needs to make an install file & put it in the zip package. So shut up.
