  1. Review - MediaMonkey

    2.5.2.947 RC1 (Feb 26, 2006)

I love this program. I paid for the lifetime membership after seeing all the great features it includes. The visualizations totally kill my Mac's iTunes. The orginization works great like iTunes and the online radio options it unbeleivable. I think the party mode is great for when people are over that you don't want browsing around on your computer, but, they can still change you playlist and such. All in all it is a great product whether you pay for it or not. I recommend it to everyone.

  2. Review - ReactOS

    0.2.6 (Apr 11, 2005)

A great start. Once they get the networking up I think popularity will boom. I build computers for friends and this would be great due to high prices of Microsoft products. Makes a $500 computer $500 instead of $1000 after buying Office and Windows. Opensource is starting to really catch on and helps compete against the $300 computers they sell over at Walmart. easier to convince someone to pay an extra hundred than six hundred for for quality. Anyhow keep up the great work. I will be checking in on this one regularly.

  3. Review - America's Army

    2.2.1 (Nov 20, 2004)

First.. I am posting to get those people at the bottom off the review because obviously they aren't reviewing the game.. Just their communistic view.. :) I would think that if the Army were to put out a game that it would have propoganda and especially during war times. Back to the game... Great graphics, smooth gameplay, and realistic terrain. I guess 3rd world eviroments are new to we Americans so we are facinated by them. If it were my daily life I would rate it a 1 also..

  4. Review - nVIDIA GeForce Drivers for Windows

    67.02 (Nov 17, 2004)

Well don't we have a snobby little reviewer on my hands.. If you haven't noticed... The driver works for all those nVIDIA cards... So maybe he isn't spending 6 - 10 hours a night playing Everquest and ignoring his wife and children and only needs it to type business documents so he can take his wife and children to the lake on the weekends with the money he makes... What are you doing?

  5. Review - ZTreeWin

    1.48g Beta (Oct 22, 2001)

For those of you that are giving it low marks because you are used to some other Dos file manager shame on you. I've been using Xtree.. Xtree Gold.. etc for many years now. If you have used it before it is a very simple and powerful tool. It is the fastest file tagger/copier/mover available.

  6. Comment - App Support Holds Back Desktop Linux

    1.48g Beta (Dec 1, 2005 - 4:00 PM)

Decide? Just like those silly people that drive Hondas, Nissans, or Fords... My toyota is so much better..they can't even decide which car to drive. Silly Humans... Look at your argument.. you are an idiot..

  7. Comment - App Support Holds Back Desktop Linux

    1.48g Beta (Dec 1, 2005 - 3:55 PM)

Its pretty ridiculous some of your comments.. I use Windows 2003 Server.. I use Linux.. If a company wants to pitch out a couple thousand in software I install Windows... If they want something that works well for no cost.. I install Linux. Linux has an easy to use interface.. I run America's Army on mine just fine. There are some excellent email programs on Linux.. Lets see... Thunderbird? etc.. I Samba replaces anything 2003 server does.. Setting it up as a workstation works perfectly also.. OpenOffice... Firefox.. etc... Plenty of software support just people that aren't willing to try something new... Ignorance is no excuse.. I got tired of reading your posts about half way through.. If you don't know or understand something please keep your opinions to yourself.. It gives some of us headaches.

  8. Comment - Power Mac G5 Gets a Speed Boost

    1.48g Beta (Apr 28, 2005 - 12:32 PM)

Macs don't usually need to be modded because none of the software is that processor hungry. My Mac is 10 times slower than my PC. I don't really notice it though because all it seems to do is browse the internet, play music, and... well... What else do Macs do? Oh ya.. wait.. type documents... Well worth the 3 times I paid for this PC I have here.. That runs 4 operating systems in a pop-up window in VMware.. Go Macintosh....

  9. Comment - Does Open Source = Closed Mind?

    1.48g Beta (Apr 15, 2005 - 11:24 PM)

Something microsoft gave up on as in Dos? Perhaps you are talking about the graphical interface. I wish people that have never used a piece of software, such as Linux, would not make comments that are pointless. I've never used OS/2.. so you know what? I don't give my opinion of it. I use Linux daily and I also use Microsoft products daily. I run a server that has 2003 Server x64 edition. It is a file server and cost lots of money. I also run a server(Pentium II I think) that has Linux on it. It runs VPN, Samba Domain Controller, and is a file server. Total cost in software for that one? $0. Linux also encourages younger people to start learning about advanced networking software. If they were to try and learn with Microsoft products it would cost them a large amount of money or they would probably have to do it illegally. With Linux they can setup VPN, clusters, Domains, dial-up servers, printer/file servers. etc. This all open-source to where they can't get in trouble. If you know how to compile a kernel you can make a server that will be more stable and effective for a longer amount of time with Linux. Anyhow. Love seeing people get fired up about all this.

    1.48g Beta (Apr 15, 2005 - 11:30 AM)

They should put in there. "Due to the fact that the Microsoft server administrators have to recover from crashes weekly, they are much faster that the Linux server admins who have a hard time remembering what to do after long vacations due to lack of administration needed." hehe
