    ive' heard this is used by indian scammers, and has a bad rep in the software community!

    not used the program and not going to, program is currently used by indian scammers to get money out of people saying you have a problem with your computer. Then told to download this so they can get access to your computer.

    Tried it. Not too shabby, but that 15 hour/month limitation... seriously?
    Get TeamViewer. Doesn't require port forwarding, there are several versions that can be installed, portable, or a quick support app and they're ALL free with no limitations. It is worthy of any netadmin; can create a login with all the PC's that you monitor in the db without having to make a list or contact a user. Oh and did I mention that it's totally free? You have to pay for business use, but that's cool. Private use is free with no limitations.

    This one's just a toy with no real worthy usefulness.

    I use this to help family with computer problems remotely. Works very well, and doesn't require router port forwarding like the VNC programs. Yes, there is a 15 hours per month limitation, but I never ever exceed that.

    Be aware that the tool is not Freeware. Look fot licensing info at http://www.ammyy.com/en/buy.html
    There is a 15h/month limit for the free home use.
