Yeah, FileZilla loads that quickly (if not even more quickly) on my system. I'm not sure if newer versions are improved in that regard, or if I just never noticed it. Sorry about that.
This utility may be reliable, but it has a long way to go to catch up with its full-featured shareware competitors.
