   Version 5 crashes when I try to select a different drive, the error box that comes up is blank. Went back to version 4 and it works perfectly fine.

   Infotool 5.x = Total crap

   The only tool from Nero that is a little good, the other are useless crap.

   Great tool, but doesn't detect my external drive.

    Another reminder about avoiding Version 1.x software. This program only recognized my CD drive. One of the tabs does not work, and angrily I deleted the program too quickly to be able to return to it and accurately identify which for this review. Unprofessional on my part. The concept of this program is GREAT; the implementation NEEDS work.
