The standards as they move most of the work over to their Polish office is taking a nose dive. This is considered a stable release and yet; Youtube videos will not play if you are on Win 7 x86, PDF viewer does not work on any OS, Bookmarks show up blank when trying to access them through the menu button. The worst part of this all? They consider these known issues but released it anyways!!

I am done with this browser and company as I've noticed that not only does this phone home to re-route you through their servers but, all of their mobile apps do the same. Opera ASA has become a company of low quality standards and just another spying piece of s***. AVOID

After spending quite a bit of time sorting Opera out, getting bookmarks toolbar inorder and making settings adjustments, things actually went quite well. I was quite surprised. I'm still getting used to it, but in the meantime all I can say is "not bad, not bad at all.

Currently my favorite web browser. Opera Cloud Sync is working again, and Bing has been restored as an additional search engine.

SpeedDial is similar to the Start Screen for Windows 8/10. It's easy to view content of a URL,since it shows as a screen-shot.

You will need PPAPI if you desire the flash plugin. Opera does not come with flash installed like Google Chrome.

If you desire to remove Google search in the Speed Dial, go to settings (ALT+P) and type the konami code:

Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A

With luck click "advanced "check box, you'll see the option to "Hide the search box in Speed Dial"

    Opera wish list:

    -64bit version for Windows
-Ability to PIN website within Opera to Windows 8/10 start screen.
-Ability to alphabetically sort all bookmarks/folders/sub folders iin bookmark manager/speedial. Currently you have to move things manually one at a time. (workaround, put the bookmark folders on the bookmarks toolbar. If you hover over the folder, you can right click and sort alphabetically)

-Add Opera stable to the current Fedora/CentOS repository. Currently you have to convert Opera deb to rpm,and get stuck with the Ubuntu GUI
-Add option to improve font thickness (under windows) to better match IE11/Firefox. Make it a little easier for older eyes to view websites.
-Integrate option to adjust/throttle download speeds for certain files (.exe/.iso). Basically like an integrated freedownloadmanager/eagleget directly in Opera

Does this version support shortcut keys such for tabbing with number keys 1& 2?

I've been a long time user of Opera but have switched to Firefox for three reasons. First because they wont produce a Unite free version, second because Opera can't seem to handle many Google cookies properly and third, Opera definitely got slower with version 10 and FF is now much faster. Try it and see.
