It's nice... but... it could be better.
I wish it would actually use WMP to open these things, like in Windows... because you can get more options:
It would be easier to view fullscreen, ... um... well, that's about it. But I do want that sometimes.
But this is the only thing available to watch videos in your browser, so it's just sort of necessary. But personally, I hate using quicktime to actually watch videos.

Whish that this would work on windows also...

Quicktime to view avi, mpg, wmv on a pc would be nice. ;->

Nice, works fine. I would say kudos to Microsoft for releasing this for Mac OS users also, but if you think about it they obviously want everyone to use Windows Media so it's not exactly an act of charity.

I have to give M$ credit for this, it's nice to have the ability to play these formats on Quicktime.

However, I and hopefully many other Mac users started using alternatives like Videolan. I only keep Quicktime for certain media on websites.
