This program seems very buggy, and ill behaved, even for a "Power User" as the software author below states. Several times the program stopped responding. I've used their earlier "free" version 1.x, still do sometimes, and that one was nice. I went over to the Hijackfree forum, and saw someone posted a similar complaint.

HiJackFree (HJF) is basically a *truth teller* about exactly WHAT is going on inside your computer -- the good, the bad, & the ugly. As such, HJF does a flawless job from the standpoint that the facts it presents are both accurate & complete.
It would be mis-leading to rate such an application based on the user's interest (or disinterest) in having those facts, &/or based on the user's ability (or inability) to make effective use of those facts.
BOTTOM LINE- HJF can be an extremely valuable security tool IF the user is either (1) a power user or (2) will take the time to ask appropriate questions at forums such as CastleCops.

Installed version 2. Machine is clean of all malware. The program quit responding almost immediately. Killed it with task manager and tried again. Same result. Have never had good luck with their programs in the past either.
