    4.3.14 didnt' work for me so I had to stay with 4.3.12 but 4.3.16 seems to work just fine :)

    Yea, If you're on windows don't use 4.3.14. Wait for another release or use 4.3.12.

    Ugh... 4.14 has some sort of issue on win7. Look on the virtualbox forums about deleting a registry key to get it work. I ended up reverting back to 4.12. Otherwise this is great free software.
