I use this everyday and it provides an amazing wealth of functionality. The prior reviewers below probably only use it to capture basic screenshots once in a while, and don't realize the added value that the new UI and functionality provides to real power-users that need this in day to day work. There is not a feature or change that I do not use and celebrate.

Only a fool would even consider calling an iPad a 'personal computer' when there is 0% chance of productive activity on it. It is a toy at best. I term this the 'Apple' syndrome ... and it mimics why 'Rome' (I mean the 'USA') is falling ... because style and play supercede usefulness and productivity.
Society is segregating into basically 2 factions ... 50% watch WWF and 50% buy Apple products. Somebody better start building an ark because it's time for the flood.

Attention Betanews Editor(s): I've finally had it. I understand the point of an opinion article, or an article based on fact, but given that this is neither (and in fact it is just plain stupid), why would you publish it? If Joe Wilcox had ever worked at a 'real' corporation, he would realize the pervasive nature of Microsoft Office, and that it is the daily backbone of almost all collaboration and communication. I consult at large corporations globally, and in 10 years have yet to see even a single office without Microsoft Office running on every workstation that is targeted for business use.
Betanews continues to marginalize itself by publishing articles that have negligent research and forethought, and therefore zero value.
Although your content was a daily target for me in the past, it's now down to monthly at best and dropping.

Apple creates a glorified Speak'n'Spell ... the Apple iMaxiPad ... the sad part is that probably a lot of people will buy it because they are brain dead from watching WWE wrestling. People who buy Apple products can't spell productivity or they wouldn't buy them in the first place.

"In a surprising twist ..." - how is this surpising ... it was an absolute abberation that Apple's toy computers would ever outsell the productive Windows based ones in the first place. Doesn't anybody walk around the any large head office or large company in the world ... you won't find an Apple anywhere except perhaps in the corporate daycare.
