   Very good C development tools with all you need for programming.
   But there is a version 6.00 since 08.2009.
   And since Apr 17, 2011 we have a verion 6.50 (RC4).

   Very good C++ IDE for GCC and other compilers.
   
   There is a new release version 10.05, but I would recommand a nightly build (because there are only few releases and the nightly usualy work alxo very fine).
